Recently our staff traveled with Lateral Line Media’s Joey Macomber to Washington’s Olympic Peninsula in pursuit of wild trophy steelhead. The boys headed out chasing winter run steelhead with Spey rods, 8 and 9 weight single handers and big flies in pursuit of big fish and big water, adding up to what looks to be the freshwater fishing experience of a life time! Some truly remarkable fish were caught with trophy fish landed in the 15 – 20 pound range! It’s been more than a week since the guys returned and they are still smiling and showing me fish pictures…
